A relevant announcement will be posted on the Department of Aerospace Science and Technology website specifying the date on which you will be required to visit the Secretariat Office for the identity verification process, bringing the following documents:

▪ National ID card or passport
▪ A photocopy of your ID card or passport
▪ A printed copy of the registration application submitted through the Ministry’s online platform
▪ One (1) recent passport-style photograph
▪ Birth certificate (required for male students in order to ensure the correct completion of personal records and the issuance of a certificate for military service purposes)
▪ A printed copy of your AMKA (Social Security Number)
▪ A Solemn Declaration stating that you are not enrolled in another School or Department (University or Technological Educational Institute) of Higher Education in Greece
▪ The identity verification process is mandatory in order to complete your registration and receive access credentials for the University’s electronic services.

Registration in the University’s electronic services is also mandatory. In order to obtain access credentials for these services, students must visit the relevant webpage: http://my-uni.uoa.gr.

Through this platform, students are able to:

▪ submit course declarations for each semester,
▪ view grades and the curriculum, and
▪ submit applications for the issuance of certificates and official documents.
